Our philosophy at RGL is to place Health and Safety at the centre of everything we
do. All decisions we make are founded on excellent health and safety management. The ways in which we behave, plan and perform are dictated by our principles of working to the highest levels of safety. Delivering projects safely is the founding
success of what we do and forms a major part of our core values.
We are proud to have delivered all of our projects without any reportable accidents. Our business strategies are based on investing in our health and safety management to continue to deliver injury free projects.
Our health and safety strategy is based around detailed method statement assessment, an integrated management system to audit safety performance on our sites and thorough investigation of accidents. In 2022/2023 we delivered all of our projects without any RIDDOR injuries to our own employees or those of our supply chain. We aim to maintain this excellent performance whilst increasing turnover year on year.
